I recently ate at Alinea, a one-of-a-kind restaurant in Chicago, that has some of the most creative food I’ve ever seen: Edible green apple taffy balloons, dishes that get built and destroyed right at your table…You have to see it to believe it! Check out the videos below to see the delicious craziness as it unfolded!

Adding to the experience is the secrecy of Alinea’s location. You can get the address online, but if you are just walking by, you have no idea what’s inside!!
